When a model runs off-chain, you are trusting that it ran at all — and ran honestly. Verdict removes that trust assumption. It produces compact cryptographic proofs that a specific model executed a specific computation, verifiable by anyone, without re-running the work.
The team is mid-incubation: the proof system is designed and a prototype verifier is running against a single model class. Graduation funds the production subnet — miners generate attestations, validators check them, and any subnet on Bittensor can plug in verifiable compute.

Prototype verifier live
Our verifier now confirms attestations for a first model class end to end. Multi-model generalization is the next milestone.
Proof scheme peer-reviewed
Two external cryptographers reviewed the attestation design. Notes incorporated; the spec is published in the docs.
Crowdloan opened
The Verdict crowdloan is live. Backers who lock TAO now receive pro-rata lease shares at graduation.
